Townsville Hockey Association's beginner Hockey program - Mini Sticks is for players aged 4 - 7 years old!
Mini Sticks gives young boys and girls the opportunity to learn the basic skills of hockey, develop fundamental motor skills, and make friends, all while beginning their lifelong love of hockey! The program is open to all new and existing players.
The Program:
Each week the Mini Sticks Program will, under the guidance of qualified coaches and mentors, include:

Beginner - Basic hockey skills and fun modified gamesLevel 1 - Harder skills and more modified games
- Each level will focus on hockey safety as a key part of our game.
When:
Saturday mornings from 8.30am to 9.30am at the Townsville Hockey Complex.
Cost:
The cost of the Mini Sticks program includes:
- Hockey Queensland Registration
- New Mini Sticks Uniform Shirt
- Hockey Socks
- Every new player will receive a new Mazon Junior 500 hockey stick
Uniform:
As part of the program, each player will receive a Mini Sticks Uniform Shirt and Hockey Socks.
Players are requested to wear black shorts/skirt/bikepants with their uniform shirt.
